Christina Aventi

Christina is a young veteran of the Australian planning community, first flirting with law, then radio (co-hosting Friday afternoons and breakfast with a female only crew) and then jumping ship to play client at Unilever. In 2003 she found her home in the land of strategic planning, and has been fortunate enough to work with some brilliant teams on award winning work at Cannes, Spikes, and The One Show for likes of Lamb, Weight Watchers and Solo. Most recently, as EPD at BMF, she led the team to take out the Effective Agency of the Year Award at the 2017 Effies, hauling in a recoding breaking 10 statues.
As part of the agency leadership team, Christina is a student of Sinek and Sandberg and both loves and begrudges leadership advice. As a regular panelist on Gruen, Christina brings to this panel a living, breathing example of a work in progress leader, unedited, unadulterated and raw.
