Eunsoon Cho

Eunsoon started her career as a producer in Japanese integrated digital agency and became a digital specialist in a global cosmetic company and sports company.

Joined RB Japan in 2013 as a digital media manager and led the company level strategic digital plan in all digital field such as digital AD technology, Social communication, Search optimization and more to deliver marketing success.

From 2015, become a media & digital marketing manager in Johnson & Johnson consumer company to charge of more comprehensive media optimization. Due to the recent dramatic change in media consumption, more clarification to the role of each media has been needed. The ultimate goal is maximizing media effectiveness by having an appropriate media mix between TV massive reach and digital Micro-Moments capturing.
