Shirley Richter-Hughes

Shirley Richter-Hughes serves as the Senior Vice President of Client Engagement at BEN (Branded Entertainment Network), a Bill Gates Company. Shirley joined BEN, in its legacy company Norm Marshall, in late 2009, and manages the Global Client Engagement team. Her role is a key component to BEN’s growth as she is responsible for directing business and client relationships at strategic levels; building solid client teams and development and execution of strategic entertainment programs for brands that includes work in TV, Film and OTT and Celebrity. In addition, she assists in new business development and participates in the BEN senior management team.
Shirley has over 20 years of both agency, studio and brand marketing experience. Before joining BEN, she was the head of Corporate Marketing for Wasserman Media Group, a global sports marketing agency and prior to that ran an LA based, creative agency that serviced the movie studios and brands.
