At Merkle, he leads the Customer Experience and Marketing Technology business across the APAC region. Prior to joining Merkle, he founded and led a digital services company specializing in digital analytics and campaign management. He is a recognized industry leader in digital marketing and has developed best practices in the areas of KPI development, campaign management, marketing technology and marketing operations.
