Wendy Aitken

Wendy Aitken is the Global Marketing Learning Director at Unilever.

She has spent her career working on a range of FMCG brands from biscuits at Danone to tea at Twinings and global brands like Knorr, Hellmann’s, SlimFast and Pot Noodle at Unilever.

For the last five years she has been applying her marketing skills to the learning space. First on Unilever’s long standing and highly successful Marketing Foundation course where she co-created the Unilever Google Talent Exchange with the Google Digital Academy; and latterly leading the Marketing Learning team. She has designed a range of training programmes and materials to build the skills of global brand teams across the breadth of Marketing including digital.

When not at work, she runs the 4,000 strong Streatham Mums’ Network on Facebook.
