Izzy Pugh runs the global Cultural Insight & Strategy practice at Added Value, WPP’s marketing consultancy. Izzy has worked at Added Value for 15 years building culturally-led growth strategies for clients including Diageo, Vodafone, Philips, The Guardian and many others. From a background specialising in Critical Theory, Cultural Studies, Ethnography, Semiotics and Trend Analysis she focuses on helping clients to connect to the increasingly complex and fast-moving world around them so they can lead cultural change rather than follow it. In her spare time she can be found chasing her increasingly cheeky and fast-moving twin toddlers around.
