Kevin Allen

Kevin has more than 25 years’ experience as a business leader and strategist, in both agencies and clients. He started working in the digital space before Netscape invented the web browser and paved the way for the explosion of the internet, and therefore has significantly more experience than most in understanding what works and what doesn’t (often learning it the hard way). He has extensive experience in building loyalty having helped develop some of the earliest rewards programmes in the UK for the credit card sector, before going on to launch the first armed forces recruitment programme in the world based on loyalty principles. He has worked internationally with P&G on the use of rich content to drive loyalty and advocacy in both Europe and the US. More recently he launched the L'Oreal Insider programme in the UK which has since been rolled out to international markets including Australia. At Publicis he is responsible for the agency’s planning function across all major clients including EE/Orange, Visa Europe, Royal Mail and London Gatwick airport.
