Jem has been a part of the marketing and research world for some 29 years and founded Firefish in 2000, with a belief that brands perform better when real people are at the heart of decision making. He remains passionate about helping brands grow and thrive and has been privileged to have been involved with some of the most successful positionings, innovations and communications for many of the world’s most successful brands including Magnum, Budweiser, Axe, PlayStation and more. As founder and CEO of the Firefish Group he has launched and grown more than 6 businesses, including expansion into New York, Singapore and Amsterdam.
