Jim is tasked with building tech relationships that deliver new and exciting solutions to Publicis Media clients.
The role builds on the NextTECHnow (NTN) start-up outreach program that Jim built at Starcom MediaVest Group in the UK which connects entrepreneurs and nascent mobile, content, social and data companies to active client briefs. This is achieved by a multi-disciplined team initiating and maintain effective relationships with start-ups, accelerators and networks as well as global tech partners, academia, industry bodies and VC’s. Since January 2015 this capability has activated over 50 client assignments, generating £700k of project revenue for partner start-ups. NTN is now being extended across all Publicis Media agencies, currently operating in five other countries with more to follow this year.
A 25 year veteran of the media and marketing services industry, Jim has held senior roles at Universal McCann, BSkyB and ITV.
