Tom co-founded Formisimo with Al Mackin in January 2014. Formisimo provides market leading insights into why online visitors abandon forms and checkouts. Since then it has grown to have users in over 100 countries worldwide and counts Experian, Travelex, Capital One and Very.co.uk, amongst its customers. Tom has spoken and pitched at numerous events including Wired Retail, Retail Week Live, Pitch@Palace, and he also won the IoD North West's Start Up director of the year 2015. Formisimo was named as one of Publicis Groupe's top 90 start ups in the world in 2016.
