Merry Baskin runs strategic planning consultancy, Baskin Shark, ‘where brands move forward, or die!’
She is a former chair of the Account Planning Group and Head of Planning at J.Walter Thompson, London and Chiat/Day New York. In addition to her brand building work, she teaches planning craft skills worldwide.
Merry regularly contributes to Admap, is the most downloaded author on WARC, is a Visiting Fellow at the New College of the Humanities, and co-edited the book, 'A Master Class in Brand Planning: The Timeless Works of Stephen King'.
Merry has won three IPA Effectiveness Awards, and been a judge.
