Paul McGowan

As Kantar Added Value Group’s Chief Marketing Officer, Paul’s main focus is to lead the development of the consultancy’s growth agenda. He works with leaders across the business identifying the need to develop inspiring and impactful new approaches to the important marketing challenges their clients are facing. In recent years this has led the re-invention of Kantar Added Value’s approach to Portfolio Strategy, Brand Positioning, Innovation, Cultural Strategy and Cultural Traction.
Paul joined Added Value in 1991 when it was a 20 consultant business in the UK. Over the years, Paul has helped to build many of their relationships with major global organisations including Unilever, Levi’s, IKEA, Pepsico, Heineken and Pernod Ricard.
