Charlotte Morton

Charlotte joined YouTube Marketing last year after 10+ years in Agency and Client sales at Google. She now leads Google’s marketing drive to excite the media and marketing community around the possibilities that YouTube creates for brands - launching its MoreThan Just Viewers proposition last year.

Prior to this, Charlotte headed up Google’s Creative Agency Relationships team which she co-founded in 2010 with the mission to help the creative advertising industry agencies make the most of YouTube - working on creative briefs and brokering partnerships with industry bodies like D&AD, APG and the Lovies.

In her spare time, Charlotte risks her life every weekend learning to play polo and lives on a leaking Dutch barge.
