Paul Rowlinson

Paul joined GroupM in February 2017, having spent 13 years at Mindshare UK, a stint that included 3 years as Head of Investment and 4 years as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Mindshare, he worked in planning and buying roles at Leo Burnett and Starcom Motive, having started his media career at independent media agency, IDK, in 1995.

As Managing Director of GroupM Digital he leads a team of 110+ specialists in programmatic planning and execution, data, technology and analytics. At the heart of this team is Xaxis, which provides GroupM’s clients with market-leading advantage through programmatic media that is outcome-driven, simple, and accountable.
