Julia has over 25 years’ experience in research, working across a range of media agencies and specialist research providers. As Head of Research and Insights at Mindshare she loves to get to the heart of what makes our clients’ customers tick, using a wide range of methodologies to uncover insights into the impulses, drivers and motivations of people’s behaviour. Roughly translated this means she is often far too nosy for her own good! She specialises in in decision making understanding, trends identification and emerging research techniques.
