Louise Kristensen was appointed EMEA Digital Commerce Lead on July 1, 2018. In this role, Louise is responsible for building on the region’s earlier work to truly drive the digital transformation across all EMEA areas. As a member of the EMEA Leadership Team, Louise represents all of GSK Consumer Healthcare’s Digital Organisation Pillars and owns responsibility for the eCommerce sales targets.
Louise has a wide breadth of experience working in a strategic digital capacity to drive business growth for international brands. In 2013, she founded her own consultancy company in China and worked with brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Swiss Re and Sun Life Financial, partnering with Alibaba and JD.com. From 2011-2013, Louise was Regional Head of Digital & Customer Marketing for Sun Life Financial in Asia Pacific, where she led digital marketing and customer value growth initiatives across Asia.
