Nadine Karp McHugh is Vice President of Global Integrated Media Communications at Colgate Palmolive where she is responsible for driving best in class digitized media and integrated media communications ideas and best practices.
Prior to joining Colgate, Nadine was a Senior Marketing Executive at WPP/groupm’s Mindshare where she was the Managing Director of the New York office responsible for all Clients both local and global. Over her career at WPP (Ogilvy and Mindshare), Nadine held many positions including Managing Director for Unilever US.
Nadine has been named one of Advertising Age’s “Media Mavens” for her breakthrough thinking and creative approach as well as her success in driving effective storytelling initiatives across Mindshare’s culture and businesses. Nadine was also honored as one of Advertising Age’s “Women to Watch.” Nadine has had the privilege of working on winning teams whose work has been acknowledged through awards such as Cannes Media Lions, Effie's and Festival of Media. Most recently Nadine was named as a Brand Innovator in 2013.
Nadine graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. John’s University in New York and is currently pursuing an MS in Creativity and Change Leadership.
