In her leadership role Melissa is focused on accelerating the success of Twitter's top global partners through her work with C-level executives and their global teams. Her goal: drive measureable business results through more robust activations at the market level, as well as scaled worldwide.
Previously Melissa was a senior vice president at Fleishman-Hillard, where she lead the consumer digital team and helped companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, BMW, Tommy Hilfiger, Hyatt and others cut their teeth in social business planning. She has deep experience in developing long-term strategy, content and community management models and managing crises within social media.
Melissa graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism.
