Belinda J. Smith is the Senior Manager of IAB’s Mobile Marketing Center of Excellence. In her role Smith facilitates the growth of the mobile marketing landscape from her governance on large, market-making buyer initiatives focused on the need for better creative, to her leadership of committees aimed at solving some of mobile’s greatest challenges. Among others, Smith leads the IAB’s efforts on Mobile Programmatic, Ad Ops and Location Data, and serves as co-lead on the IAB’s Future of the Cookie initiative which is developing guidance on privacy and tracking in a cross-screen media landscape.
Prior to IAB Smith led product management and product marketing for several advertising entities at AT&T and later led marketing for emerging products at PubMatic. An avid believer in human-centric design; Smith is an Instructor and Group Facilitator at The Design Gym where she leads companies, students and lifetime learners through the design thinking process for more effective problem solving
