Tom Buontempo

Tom co-founded and currently leads kbs+ Content Labs, which houses the agency’s content, social media and experiential practices. He’s also helped build the agency’s in-house digital video production unit and partners with the creative tech and CRM disciplines on digital client leadership.

Tom joined the agency in 2010 to focus on digitally-charged initiatives, including BMW’s first-ever electric vehicle launch and has since built similar B2B and B2C programs for brands such as American Express, Nielsen and Goldman Sachs.

Prior to joining kbs+, Tom spent five years at Momentum Worldwide, as Director of Business Leadership, overseeing the integrated American Express business with an emphasis on American Express OPEN, the brand’s small business unit. There he helped lead the launch of OPEN Forum, the enterprise’s first major foray into the digital and content marketing spaces.
