Prior to joining Facebook, Hope worked for over 20 years as a brand strategist in creative shops around the world. Most recently, she was at Y&R as CSO, leading all strategic planning efforts for North America with a specific focus on NYC. Prior to joining Y&R in 2012, Hope held strategic leadership positions for Publicis and Leo Burnett in offices located in Chicago, Tokyo, and London.
Her experience in developing strategy for integrated, digitally-centric marketing campaigns spans a vast array of iconic brands and categories, including Kellogg’s, McDonald’s, Xerox, Hillshire Farms, Fisher Price, Philip Morris, Nike, GAP, Coca-Cola, US Army, P&G, and Altoids.
