Race has always been a topic of discussion (or non-discussion) in America. As we all know, race is a current hot topic and has produced a climate in America that we have not seen since the 60s. This includes the ad industry. While inequality in the ad industry has been recognized in the past, there have been countless stories in the trades this year chronicling the current inequality in the ad industry as it pertains to race and gender. In addition, Total Market has been deemed as an
