Farrah Bezner is the Head of New Business Ventures at Mondelēz International, (formerly part of Kraft Foods), leading new business model development. Throughout her 13-year career at Mondelēz International, she has consistently set bold direction for her teams and disrupted the way a traditional CPG functions. Farrah incorporates both traditional and new tactics, as well as experiences designed to provide consumers with content they want to consume. The core tenet that continues to define and influence Farrah’s career is authentically connecting brands to consumers by putting them at the cusp of the cultural zeitgeist.
