Norma has been a champion of the Latino consumer throughout her career, and has guided Corporate America to understand, value, and better serve the Latino community.
Hector Orci has contributed to the growth and recognition of the U.S. Hispanic marketing industry. Before founding Orcí, Hector was President CEO of DDB Mexico.
He is a founding member and first chairman of the U.S. Hispanic marketing industry’s first and most influential trade organization, the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies (AHAA). He is a respected expert on Latino marketing and culture and has been featured on CNN, NPR, in the New York Times, the Los Angeles and the PBS Special “Brown Is the New Green”.
