As CMO of The Venetian and Palazzo Resort Hotel and Casino Ms. Marchese oversees the brand’s vision as well as the marketing and sales strategy. Under her stewardship the resort launched its first advertising campaign in 20 years, “Come As You Are,” designed to celebrate the character of the resort’s guests and the excitement of travel while tapping into the changing definition of luxury. Previously, she was CMO of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas where her marketing efforts won several awards including Condé Nast Traveler “Gold List”, Inc.com “Most Socially Savvy Hotel” and Travel + Leisure 500 Best Hotels in the World. Marchese also served as VP Brand Management for Harrah’s Entertainment Inc., which includes Caesars Palace, The Horseshoe, and Harrah’s, and was the lead marketer and overall design voice for the company’s international properties in Spain and the Bahamas. Marchese’s career began in New York as an Associate Partner at Prophet and a brand strategist at Siegel+Gale.
