Scott Sappenfield

Scott Sappenfield is a Senior Director, Sales Planning & Shopper Marketing for Ubisoft leading its U.S. retail strategy and planning. For more than 10 years, Sappenfield oversaw award-winning marketing campaigns for top video game franchises including Just Dance, Far Cry, Rocksmith, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six. He is a two time Effie award winner for his work on Just Dance and Rocksmith.

Sappenfield’s video game industry experience is balanced by his work with CPG marketing where he worked at The Clorox Company on the Brita and Clorox Anywhere brands. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Outside of marketing video games, Sappenfield enjoys other bro-tastic endeavors such as watching Michigan sports and home brewing semi-delicious beer.
