Diana Pessin

Diana is responsible for the development & execution of acquisition strategies to drive subscription growth of HBO’s standalone streaming business & for the building out of HBO’s programmatic buying practice to increase targeting precision & media efficiency.

Prior to the launch of HBO NOW in 2015, Diana spent over 10 years as the Director of E-Commerce & Marketing, managing operations for the HBO Online Shop & developing robust digital media & promotional campaigns to drive customer & revenue growth via search, affiliate marketing, paid social media, sweepstakes & email. In addition, she spearheaded the global expansion of HBO’s e-commerce footprint throughout the EU with a multi-language, multi-currency & mobile optimized storefront.

Diana received her BSc from Cornell University & worked as a CPA at Arthur Andersen. She returned to school to receive her MBA at Columbia University & went on to pursue a career in marketing.
