Rifkin’s strategy has automated CCO’s digital billboard purchasing to meet the growing demands of marketers. This newly-orchestrated offering taps into audience-driven data, biddable auction-based buying and integrates OOH into the broader programmatic media ecosystem, thus positioning CCO for future growth. Additionally, Rifkin’s pioneering work in OOH programmatic was a key contributor in AdWeek naming CCO one of the Top Mobile Innovators of 2016.
As SVP/Programmatic, Wade is forging partnerships with data providers and ad tech companies to make additional assets within CCO’s extensive digital portfolio available to local, national and international media buyers.
