Tricia Nichols is a global marketer focused on revolutionizing consumer experiences for brands, based in NYC. Her specialty is building omnichannel brand experiences, developing a consumer-first mindset and developing innovative partnerships for new revenue, acquisition and distribution. She was recognized as a Brand Innovators Women to Watch, Top Women in Omnichannel Retail and FORBES wrote about her in Tricia Nichols on Growth, Change & Social Media.

In her role as Global Lead of Consumer Engagement for Gap brand at Gap Inc., Tricia established the Consumer Engagement team to bring consumer-centric strategies to life in digital, social, media, emerging platforms and brand partnerships. The most rewarding part of her role at Gap has been steering social good platforms like Gap x RED, Mandela 466/64 and their P.A.C.E. program, an education and advancement program for the women who make their clothes.

Prior to Gap, Tricia held senior roles at PepsiCo, MediaCom and TracyLocke.
