Spencer Baim is Chief Strategic Officer of VICE MEDIA and founder of VIRTUE, VICE’S Creative agency.
He is helping steer VICE to become the most successful youth media company in the world. Spencer oversees brand strategy and research for all VICE properties and major brand partnerships including: A-B InBev, airbnb, lululemon, (RED), and Unilever.
Prior to VICE, Spencer was a brand strategist for advertising agencies Fallon and Mad Dogs and Englishmen. Spencer was named one of AdAge’s Media Mavens of 2014, has sat on the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on the Future of Consumer Industries and is the President of this year’s Epica Awards.
