Richard Hearn

Richard Hearn is Global Chief Revenue Officer for the Watson Customer Engagement division. He is responsible for driving advocacy and brand adoption worldwide with clients, building and ensuring a long term success strategy with offerings and leading sales enablement to build pipeline, large deals and strategic development. He will help drive IBM’s SaaS to market strategy.
Most recently President of Razorfish Commerce, a Publicis Groupe company, he was responsible for establishing organizational vision, setting the pace with innovative strategies and focused leadership, and managing the operational aspects of the business. Mr. Hearn has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Purdue University, a Masters in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, and is active on many civic, corporate and charity boards.
