She is responsible for consolidating all corporate consumer-marketing activities of L’Oréal USA including Consumer and Market Insights, CRM, Consumer Affairs, Data Science and Advanced Analytics. She works across the 30+ brands of L’Oréal USA, unifying segmentations and insights, defining ROI drivers for strategic categories and brands, and enabling data-driven personalized consumer experiences.
Brigitte’s passion for consumer behavior, product development and marketing analytics is reflected in her creation of breakthrough marketing concepts. She was a recipient in 2004 of Ad Age’s Top 50 Marketers of the Year for the launch of John Frieda’s Brilliant Brunette® line, and was a Beauty Shaker award winner at L’Oréal in 2011, for creating the first-ever luxury CRM database solution.
