Mimi is the founder of MB Social - a boutique social media agency supporting global beauty, luxury. lifestyle and wellness brands in social media strategy, content creation, influencer outreach, recruitment, training and social media management. MB Social has worked with beauty brands such as Shiseido, Vichy, Botanics, Ouidad, AHAVA, La Roche Posay, Soft Sheen/Carson, ghd, Soap & Glory.
Prior to MB Social, Mimi worked at L'Oreal for almost 15 years in the US and France. Most recently, she led social media for Lancôme, a luxury French brand. There, she created and implemented Lancôme USA’s social media strategy and vision. She identified the brand's very first social influencers and even launched a nail polish line using User Generated Content.
