Maureen Sarewitz is a CRM and loyalty leader at Rover.com, a rapidly growing start-up and the nation's largest network of 5-star pet sitters and dog walkers. She is currently developing and operationalizing a retention & engagement strategy for the supply side of Rover’s platform.
Before joining Rover, Maureen was a member of Starbucks' global brand loyalty team, managing personalized marketing for Starbucks Rewards and playing an integral role in bringing personalization technology and strategies to that program. She also oversaw channel expansion and offer innovation, as well as the extension of personalized marketing to non-Starbucks Rewards members. Prior to Starbucks, Maureen led a key product category for Wayfair.com, driving high double-digit growth and supporting the company’s engagement strategy. She holds an MBA from Dartmouth, an MA in International Relations from Tufts, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington.
