Kyndra Russell

Kyndra Russell is a marketing executive with years of experience developing marketing strategy to bring-to-life global loyalty programs, partnership marketing strategies and innovative digital experiences. As a leader she has built strong marketing teams and used a mix of creativity, consumer research and technology to create game-changing work.

Kyndra is currently the Vice President of Marketing at Starbucks leading the Starbucks Rewards Loyalty Program and Partnership Marketing. She partners across the organization to weave together the best methodologies, practices, and tools into comprehensive, customized strategies that elevate the experience for Starbucks customers.

Prior to Starbucks, Kyndra worked for Starwood Hotels & Resorts leading Digital, Loyalty & Partnership Marketing for the Americas division. She was also responsible for designing, developing and leading Starwood’s Field Marketing program. Kyndra also has agency experience in her background having worked at the innovative, game-changing digital agency, Avenue A, which grew and transformed digital strategy in the early days of digital media. As an Account Director she managed clients across a spectrum of industries including retail, telecom and technology.

Kyndra is based in Seattle, WA and enjoys time out of the office with her husband, son and daughter doing anything active. Her favorite Starbucks drink is an Iced Blonde Cold Foam Cappuccino.
