Jason Mulderig is responsible for the branding, advertising and promotional efforts for the HBO brand, as well as HBO NOW, HBO Go and Cinemax. He was named to the position in
Mulderig joined HBO in 1999 as a marketing assistant in the Affiliate Marketing group. He held several associate positions before moving to the consumer marketing group as director in 2010 to oversee the rebrand of Cinemax, along with the launch of original series Banshee, The Knick and Outcast. In 2011, he added product marketing to his responsibilities with the launch of HBO’s first streaming app, HBO GO.
He is a member of the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) and is a graduate of CTAM’s Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is also a member of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
