As Chief Operating Officer of the NY Interconnect (NYI), a joint venture among Altice USA, Charter Communications, and Comcast, Tom oversees ad sales operations, products and strategy. Tom provides critical leadership in the design and implementation of the new Audience One platform, which offers advertisers a seamless, integrated solution to reach more than 6.4 million households in the largest advertising market in the country.
Prior to the April 2018 spin out of NYI, Tom was the chief operating officer for Altice Media Solutions ad sales operations that included the New York Interconnect and Altice Local Media East & West (formerly Suddenlink.) His responsibilities included overall technology leadership, strategy, pricing & planning, traffic, commercial insertion, information technology, campaign management, and products.
Tom has more than 35 years of technology experience. He served as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., Inc., where he was a member of the HFM U.S.'s executive team for 3 years. He was also on the Lagardère Active International IT Governance Council, where he played an integral role in its strategic direction, development and future growth.
Tom also served as Vice President of Information Technology Applications at Reed Business Information, a division of Reed Elsevier, and previously was VP of Professional Services & Software Development at Syllogy Corporation.
Tom co-authored a published white paper which defined a TV Advertising Programmatic Trading Protocol, a communications protocol that facilitates the buy and sell transactions of TV inventory based on a segmented audience.
Tom is a graduate of Manhattan College.
