Andy Addis is a seasoned cable executive with deep expertise in business development, marketing and product. Addis joined Ampersand as SVP Supply, with the primary focus of working with MVPDs to enable differentiated ad products leveraging cable's unique data and tech capabilities. He is also focused on securing additional inventory to fuel Ampersand's targeted, audience-based multiscreen offerings.
Upon graduating from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, Addis spent 8 years at Kraft Foods in brand management and was named to AdAge's Top 100 Marketers for doubling the size of an established brand. At Comcast he was SVP Marketing & New Products and launched new services that included Digital Cable, On Demand, DVR and HD. He initiated & led the "free On Demand" strategy, spawning cable's VOD ad revenue stream. Addis moved on to Ensequence and Audience Partners — helping many large cable companies deploy interactive TV & IP addressed-based ad products.
