Advertising is a powerful force for growth. We want to be creating the best ads all the time. Another critical and urgent challenge we must meet is to step up by increasing media transparency. P&G is committed to these urgent measures together with media partners around the world. Our goals are to measure using reliable established methods to eliminate wasted time and money and to protect ourselves from brand damage caused by ad deployment in unsafe places. We need to deal with these issues now, and doing so will contribute to healthy development of advertising and media, resulting in further growth acceleration.
