She was a catalyst behind Weber Shandwick’s repeat performance as the only PR firm on Advertising Age’s Agency A-List in 2014 and 2015. A champion of courageous creativity, Gail was as a member of the inaugural Glass Lions jury at the 2015 Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, awarding work that breaks through gender bias and stereotypes, and was 2012 President of the Cannes Lions PR jury. She believes that the only way to defy convention is to break with it, leading Weber Shandwick to become a new kind of agency for the hyper-connected, ultra-transparent globalized marketplace of the new engagement era.
