Matt MacDonald

Matt MacDonald oversees all creative on AT&T, BBDO\'s largest account in North America, and one of the top media spenders in the world. He has written award-winning campaigns for brands like Macy\'s, JetBlue, Smirnoff and Ford. He has created and produced reality shows for TLC and MTV, an animated prime-time Christmas special for CBS, documentaries for the film festival circuit and one open-source grade school musical.

Matt was also critical in the creative transformation of JWT New York, the world\'s fourth largest advertising agency. JWT hired Matt in 2003 as a Copywriter. In 2012, he was named the New York\'s Chief Creative Officer. In his first year in the role, the agency had one of their best award show performances in over a decade.
He is a frequent speaker and commentator on the advertising industry. His work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Contagious, CNN, Fox News, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter and others.
