Sam Cox

Sam Cox is a results-driven technology executive with a focus on advertising optimization. Formerly VP of OPEN Publisher Solutions, he currently serves as VP of OPEN Global Media Partnerships, overseeing OPEN Publisher Solutions, OPEN Partner Management, OPEN Media Business Development and OPEN Strategic Media Enablement for the MediaMath OPEN platform. Prior to MediaMath, Sam was an early executive at LiftDNA - acquired by OpenX - where he ran the LiftDNA sales team, the Samsung Private Marketplace, and was interim head of the OpenX New York Office, bringing the team from 30% of goal, to over 105% of goal. Prior to OpenX, Sam was founder and CEO of Milabra, the first company in the world to successfully use visual data to improve display advertising performance and targeting. Before Milabra, he was a technology analyst at a boutique NYC merchant bank, The Loughlan Group, investing in technology and media ventures. Sam graduated with his MBA from Cass Business School in London, UK with a degree in strategy and completed his undergraduate degree at Queen's University in Canada.
