Ben Mand

Ben Mand is an experienced executive who has worked across agency, consulting, and CPG businesses with an unfailing passion for building responsible brands. No matter where he's been in his career, Ben brings an entrepreneurial spirit, appetite for innovation, and a reputation for being a creative problem solver.

At Plum Organics, Ben is responsible for the company’s marketing programs, brand development, product innovation and creative strategy. He has been instrumental in strengthening Plum’s core mission, developing the brand campaign and activation, as well as the launch of more than 30 new products, helping to accelerate the brand from the #3 to #1 organic baby food company.

Prior to joining Plum, Ben worked in various Marketing and Innovation roles at General Mills and Johnson & Johnson as well as consulting at Interbrand & ZS Associates.
