As Executive Creative Director at J. Walter Thompson, Eric pioneered intrgerated marketing by creating the first omni-channel creative group to work seamlessly on traditional, digital and CRM advertising.

The groundbreaking work from his 50-person team is regularly recognized in press, blogs, textbooks and award shows around the world – including the first-ever Gold Lion for Mobile at Cannes, People’s Voice Webby Award and Gold 3 years in a row at the Clio Awards. Eric also teaches advertising at The School of Visual Arts, sits on the advisory board for the IAB, was named #4 Most Creative Person in Mobile Advertising by Business Insider and is a frequent writer, speaker and panelist on advertising and innovation.
