Patti uses her strong service ethics, learned at the Fairfield Univeristy, to enhance and build her clients business. In the process she has built a distinguished career in marketing and merchandising services. She began her career as an entrepreneur co-founding two in-store marketing companies: FieldFlex (acquired by POP Displays in 1997) and Convergence Marketing (acquired by Match Marketing Group (Match MG) in 2013). For the past 20 years, Patti has lead sales, program design & management, as well as client service functions for Convergence Marketing and now for Match MG’s retail merchandising team. Her exacting reputation has been built by ensuring that retail marketing programs are designed and executed in a manner that delivers on goals and expectations for her clients including L’Oreal, Procter & Gamble, Ulta, Walmart, AT&T and CVS.
