Mac Delaney

As SVP of Programmatic, Mac is responsible for accelerating SMG’s programmatic marketing capability through the development of processes, technology and strategy across SMG. Working in partnership with agency and account leadership, and with the marketplace, Mac ensures that agencies understand and adopt programmatic principles and best practices.
Prior to joining SMG, Mac served as SVP of Client Services at VivaKi, a Publicis Groupe company. There he led the Starcom Mediavest Group Client Service team, a strategy and execution group that drives the performance of VivaKi’s programmatic solution, Audience on Demand®, for SMG’s agencies and their clients.
With over 15 years of digital experience, Mac started his career at 24/7 Media and lead sales teams at Yahoo!, Microsoft, Federated Media and FOX Interactive. Mac is an active member of the digital advertising community, and frequently speaks at industry events. He serves on the advisory board for the IAB’s Video Center of Excellence.
