Kerry Cavanaugh

Kerry’s background lies in consumer brand management and global innovation strategy. He is responsible for Mars Chocolate’s portfolio of new/restaged brands (goodnessknows®, DOVE®) and has led top brands including M&M’S®/TWIX®. A member of the North American Marketing Leadership Team, he plays a critical role in optimizing overall marketing strategies, advancing leadership development and functional engagement.
Kerry’s 10 years at P&G featured new product design and innovation as Assoc. Marketing Director for P&G’s $1.2B global cosmetics category. He designed the COVERGIRL & Olay Simply Ageless franchises and led the COVERGIRL Cosmetics North American business developing a retail design and marketing team that remade the brand’s in-store experience. After P&G, he was VP/Marketing for EDENS – the country’s largest private retail developer where he re-launched the $3.5B corporate brand.
Kerry has a Master’s in Business Administration, Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science, Notre Dame.
