Edward Lee

Edward Lee is VP North American Operations & Business Intelligence at The Exchange Lab, the world’s largest programmatic digital media marketplace. In his dual role he is focused on strategically leveraging data to gain deeper customer insights, increased communications engagement and ultimately improved ROI for clients.

Prior to join the Exchange Lab, Edward was at Indigo Books & Music, a leading Canadian retailer, where he led the customer analytics group. In his role he supported the launch of one of Canada’s largest loyalty programs, Plum Rewards, as well as their personalized recommendations program. Previously Edward held progressively senior roles at Wunderman and AOL with responsibility for data and analytics.

Edward graduated from McMaster University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Commerce and a minor in English Literature.
