Ralph Santana is EVP and CMO of HARMAN, the premier connected technologies company for automotive, consumer and enterprise markets. Mr. Santana oversees all marketing activities, including advertising, media, artist relations, event sponsorship and product innovation for HARMAN’s iconic brands, such as AKG®, Harman Kardon®, Infinity®, JBL®, Lexicon®, Mark Levinson ® and Revel®. With responsibility for 175 employees across four business units, he also has P&L responsibility for HARMAN’s e-commerce business.
Before joining HARMAN in 2013, Mr. Santana served as SVP and CMO for Samsung North America from 2010 to 2012. Prior to Samsung he spent 16 years at PepsiCo, spearheading the re-launch of Pepsi-Cola and the groundbreaking Pepsi Refresh Project.
Mr. Santana earned his undergraduate degree in English Literature from Dartmouth College and his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
