The Interpublic Group and McCann Worldgroup are proud to partner with The United Nations Foundation to host a provocative panel discussion on the Common Ground program launched by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon at the 2016 Cannes Lions Festival.

In an unprecedented step for the industry, the world’s biggest advertising and marketing services groups pledged their collective support for the U.N.’s Sustainable Development Goals. This set of 17 goals range from ending poverty, to protecting the planet and ensuring prosperity for all and targeted to be achieved over the next 15 years.

IPG CEO Michael Roth will lead the discussion with a panel of industry leaders including Weber Shandwick Chairman, Jack Leslie, McCann Health global CEO, John Cahill and The United Nation Foundation’s Aaron Sherinian. The discussion will focus on Goal #6: Clean Water and Sanitation, the charge IPG was given in Cannes.
